Tim Ames, Customer Relations Manager, shares his tips for getting started with your Tyze network.

Before you launch your network you will need to talk to the person you’re creating the Tyze online network for, and identify the purpose of the network as well as the other individuals who will be invited to join. Steps may include:

• Meet with the people you’re creating the network for, to discuss how networks work, the features and benefits of a Tyze online network, and your desire to implement and connect the network with them. Take a few minutes to relay your level of confidence in Tyze online networks and confirm that they would like to proceed.

• Reach agreement on the name of the network, and its purpose.

• Identify who will be invited to become a member of the network. Gather names, email addresses and phone numbers for each prospective network member, and talk about whether any of these people might want to be a second connector for the group.

• Login to Tyze and create the network, completing the network name and purpose as identified. As the connector it MAY be your role to create and upload the picture and profile for the person who will be at the centre of the network, so we suggest that you gather this information in advance.
