Tyze Personal Networks (“Tyze”, “Us”, “Our” or “We”) is committed to protecting your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains what Personal Information we collect, how we use and disclose such Personal Information, and how we otherwise safeguard Personal Information when you (“User,” “you”, or “your”) use the Tyze website at www.tyze.com or the Tyze online solution that allows individuals, groups and organizations to create online personal networks (the “Services”) based on the network model of care for health and social care.

The Policy applies whether you are accessing the Services via a personal computer, a mobile device or any other technology or devices now known or hereafter developed or discovered and whether you are accessing the Services and the related web site as a registered User or other visitor. Collection of Personal Information, however, will vary with your particular utilization of the Services and its related web site. Tyze’s HIPAA Privacy Policies may also apply to the collection of certain information under certain circumstances. If any part of this Policy is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of this Policy shall continue in force and effect.

This Policy does not apply to the practices of companies or other entities that Tyze does not manage or control. This Policy does not apply to information regarding corporations or other non-individuals. Our Services may contain links to other websites, which are not governed by this Policy.
