Combining a professional background in business and social sector organizations, Cindy brings a broad cross-section of experience to her role at Director, Operations for Tyze. In the past 15 years she has held senior positions in human resources, public relations, and operations in the non-profit, software and retail industries. While her expertise lies in operations and building companies from the ground up, Cindy joined Tyze after successfully guiding Open Door Group, a provincial non-profit organization providing employment services to persons with disabilities, through a complete rebranding process.

Committed to creating connections in her own life and in her community, Cindy is a life-long volunteer who offers her time and energy to a number of different causes close to her heart, including Dress For Success Vancouver and City Stage New West. At least once a year, she tries to become a runner (usually committing to the Sun Run) but always falls back on pilates because you can do it lying down.

Cindy holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) and a Master of Business Administration, both from the University of British Columbia.
